Default Will New Radio Work???

Hey there fellow Tahoe fanatiks! Well im a newbeee and just recently got me a 07 Tahoe lt2 w/o the nav, rear dvd or bose and my question is that im interested in swapping out the factory 6 disc cd/mp3 changer for a aftermarket touch screen dvd/monitor/nav only thing is ive been sketchy about it considering the truck has steering wheel controls for the stereo unit and really dont want to loose that feature, is there any way I can install the aftermarket unit w/o loosing the feature and which unit is the highly recommended? Thanks Southland310
