Well I took the hoe in for rattles and wind noise, told them about "5692" bulletin.
Seems they tried it - something about injecting foam in "A" pillar.
Also order a shim kit (?) for rear gate.
Wind noise from upper drvrs door still there, and now the gate creaks and groans all the time.
thanks then.
looks like another trip to the dealer, at least they give up wheels to drive.

ZX: Resurrecting an old thread in hopes you can help. I have the driver's side wind noise being discussed. The noiseshows up above 60 mph between the door and A-pillar about even with the mirror (or so it sounds.)

The spacing between the door and A pillar is < 6 mm, so not sure if the dealer will want to do the steps in the bulletin. I have also applied tape to all of the seams on the door, mirror, etc for testing purposes and the noise persists.Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Mine developed a wind noise above 65 mph around the drivers door/window (so I thought). Took it to the dealer and they have ordered a foam gasket for the driver's sideview mirror. I'll let you know if this fixes it.

Yeah, my dealer already tried the foamwith no luck. The foam is for a different bulletin that address a "whistling" sound created by the mirror. My sound is definitely a leak sound, much like the noise created by a can of compressed air (just not that loud.)

maybe take it to a glass shop and have them pressure test the cabin for leaks in teh windshield. Maybe the windshield isn't properly seated.
