Default Windshield Wipers not working

Hi,
I just replaced the multifunction switch (turn signal, cruise, wipers) on my 98 Suburban. Everything seems to work fine, except the windshield wipers (although I haven't tested out the cruise yet).

All I get is a buzzing sound from under the hood. I think it is a relay of some sort.

How would I replace that relay?
Or, I read on here, just pop it out and back in,
but either way, I am not sure how to get access to it.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
