2007 Tahoe Heater Hose/Core Question
Recently my heater hose (the left hose) busted. The hose split off into the connector. I went on YouTube to see how it's done. But my engine layout is different. Instead of simply having two hoses that go directly into the firewall, the hoses go into these t-joint elbows that are clipped on to the alumimum piping that I believe leads into the heating core/ac. (I'm thinking they lead back into the heating core)
Tried 2 auto parts stores, but neither of them had the t-joint elbow fitting that would connect the hose (hoses) to the aluminum piping. I hope this is descriptive enough of an explanation of my problem. I'm guessing it may be a dealer item only.

Hey fellas. Haven't been on here in a while. Haven't had any problems until tonight. Knock on wood. But my heater core hose broke tonight. Right at the crimp. So I think I need the entire hose. I was able to remove the hose from the core connect and the engine. But I can't seem to find the hose anywhere. I've searched the Internet and only come up with last generation. Which is completely different. It's the hose on the left if your standing in front of the engine bay. The connector that pro listed in the prior post is still good.
