2008 suburban rear door window controls

Default 2008 suburban rear door window controls
My wife and I have just purchased a 2008 suburban LTZ, and the rear passenger door windows will go down but not back up using the switches on these doors.. the windows will go up and down using the driver door switches.

We have looked at the child safety switches, and they are off on both doors.

Did you check the rear window lockout switch on the driver's door?
