I have a 1989 R2500. 454 and th400. what front diff do I need and what transfer case do I need to make this a full 2x4 to 4x4 conversion? I was looking at the Dana 60, but not sure, can't get the definite answer.

Anybody done this? any pointers would be nice, like things to look out for. when I pull it out of another vehicle, what parts do i need to make sure i get? maybe what are some things you would have done differently this time?
