I have a 99 suburban and the air coming out of the dash vents feels like the blower is only on low even though you can hear the blower on high. Rear air is fine, defrost, floor blows hard but hardly anything from the dash vents. I have pulled apart the dash, cleaned the evaporator and tested all acuators under the dash and they are all working fine. The I can look up into the compartment where the blender doors are and they are moving open and close. Has anyone else have problems like mine? Thanks
