Reduced engine power
The other day it was raining really hard and had tornados. I drove thru a decent size puddle that I didn’t see and it killed the 2000 Chevy suburban 5.3 it took a minute for it to be started again. I’ve it started again it was in reduced engine power mode. I made it home and started the teardown. Took the air box off, filter was soaked, got it dried out. Then took the intake hose off and there was a bunch of water in the hose still. I took the throttle body off and cleaned it as best as I could, then bought a new mass air flow sensor and thought it was going to fix it but it did not. Any suggestions??
