Default 2001 Tracker won't fire

So I have 2001 Chevy tracker. I replaced the timing chain and the whole nine yards. Put it all back together and it turns over with no fire. Ended up getting a p0340 error. Replaced the crank shift sensor and the cam shaft sensor. Once that was done, turned the key and the car started. Ran for about 30 seconds before I opened up the accelerator and it died. Now it's back to not firing. Getting it to turn over but no fire. Getting a cam shaft sensor error again. Ideas?

It is possible that when timing chain was replaced it was not set correctly. Therefore the timing is a bit off.

Any other thoughts on what it might be? I was thinking maybe a short in the wiring harness?
