Default Replace Power Steering Belt - 2000 Tracker

I have a 2000 Tracker 1.6L without AC. I want to replace the Power steering belt. I don't see any tensioner pulley to loosen the belt so I can take it off, nor do I see a way to pivot the power steering pump. The belt goes around the power steering pulley and crankshaft pulley. Any help I can get with doing this replacement would be super helpful.

With a Serpentine belt, NO way. Back when Vee-belts were used, yeah you didn't have a tensioner. If you have Serpentine belt, then it must have a tensioner. If I am mistaken you'll have to remove or loosen the power-steering pump. I haven't seen a Vee-belt on a newer vehicle in many years and I own a 1998 K-1500.with a Serpentine belt.

Well, if there is a tensioner, I don't know where it is. Maybe part of one of the 2 pulley's? I guess I will try to loosen the power steering pump. Not sure what else to do. Strange setup.

OK, the belt is installed but it is loose. I don't see away way to tighten it. Any suggestions?

The slot for bolt #10 provides the adjustment.

1st, did you check to see if the new belt was the same size as the old? You will need to use some type of pry bar to carefully put tension on the belt before tightening. Note #10 bolt on the bottom is where the tension is applied, so looks like the bottom of the pump pivots away from the motor
