Question Vibration 2002 Tracker ZR2

I had a new flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate and pilot bearing installed, along with new motor and transmission mounts and had a bad vibration as soon as the engine was started. The vibration existed even with the clutch engaged and the transfer case in neutral. We assumed it was not transmission related, so we removed the flywheel and pressure plate and had them balanced. Reinstalled and same vibration occurrs, especially at idle and low RPM only not quite as bad. The engine is not showing any codes and is running very good. Any ideas of what could be causing the vibration?

Does the vibration occur at higher rpms?

It could be something as simple as an electrical component causing a bit of a misfire.

The vibration seems to be there all the time, however at highway speeds (65 +) it is greatly diminshed. I think that is because the other noises and vibrations take over. I ordered some hydraulic motor mounts and will see if that helps.
