Default 03 trailblazer ext reduced engine power

i have I6 2003 Trailblazer(my wife's car). This morning the LowFuel light was on(happens more often than I like). She pulled out of driveway with no problems . When she got to 1st stop sign the ReducedEnginePower light came on and the car would barely move. I got the car home and put 5 gallons in it thinking it was low fuel pressure. started car and pulled out of driveway with no problems, but when i got to 1st stop it did it again. I restarted the car and it ran fine till i stopped at mailbox at end of driveway. I have been reading posts and possible causes are many, any suggestions as to the most common/easiest cure? I have not made it to Autozone to read codes yet. Any help would greatly appreciated

Default 03 followup

went to Autozone. I have read alot about bad connections/loose wires. Before i left I jiggled wires and pushed on connectors. My trip to Autozone was uneventful and had no problems. My Problem(hopefully) was a loose wire/bad connection. At Autozone I had the codes read P1345 Camshaft Sensor and P1514 THrottle Body. Recently had Head Gasket replaced so both connectors/wires had been messed with, bought some electrical cleaner and spend some time cleaning both connectors and and checking wires. hopefully this is it..
