Engine running bad pull intake manifold found what almost looks like a freeze plug all mangled up inside the port about another piece of it in another port where did this come from doesn't overheat doesn't leak water or fuel or oil

 

Not sure where it came from, but you have to remove it by a magnet or a four-pronged tubular tool.
