Wrecked the front pretty hard late last year. Now that I am not running the heater I notice a whiring noise comming from the steering. It only does it after driving about 10 miles and the pitch does not change with RPM. Also when I shut it off there is no noise when turning the wheel. Only 40k miles and I want it back to new shape. Any ideas?

 

Have you tried speaking with a dealership about a possible diagnosis to see what is causing this issue? They would also be able to fix the vehicle for you but with the diagnosis you would at least have a starting point to fix the vehicle yourself as well. I hope that helps you.
