Default Misfire cylinder 1

I have a 2008 trailblazer showing a misfire on cylinder 1. I have replaced all spark plugs and coil packs and it’s still showing a misfire on cylinder 1. You can only feel it at idle and it’s hardly noticeable. Once you press the throttle the misfire goes away and the vehicle drives perfectly. I’ve changed the spark plug again and the treads have either oil or gas substance on them. But it’s only on the treads. The rest of the spark plug is clean, even the electrode is clean. When going down the road if you let off the throttle the rpm drops down then comes right back up. The vehicle drives and runs perfect other than those two issues. I am stumped on where to go to from here.

I'd check the compression.
