I sprayed some gas into the throttlebody and it didn’t start. I do have spark though

I also replaced Crank position sensor,
map sensor, ignition control module.

I replaced The battery because the old one did have a bad cell.

I checked the distributor and it appear to be OK.

I rotated the engine so that number one cylinder is at TDC, then checked the distributor and it is pointing to number one.

When I try to start the vehicle it appears to backfire through the intake.

Did you check voltage on pink wire at ignition coil module? Use a test light and check with engine cranking. That circuit is fuse protected, the fuse is in underhood fuse box, ign/inj fuse.
