IIRC there is a tsb to check for exhaust leaks at the cat gaskets; which creates air leaks into the exhaust that can cause false lean conditions for the o2 sensors.

It says a rich condition occurred. Could my o2 sensors be cause? They are brand new.

the false air in the exhaust leans out what the 02 are reading. the ecm tries to correct this and richens the mixture. This sets the p2097 which is a dtc for rich correction limit.

You probably have an exhaust leak!

Well this is what I found. It is the piece of flex pipe right behind the last O2 sensor. My wife hit a ladder about a year and a half ago and it tore a section of the steel braid but I couldn't tell if it broke the pipe. But it is a tiny pin hole. I can't tell if anymore is damaged. Hope that is what is causing the code!
