Guys
The entertainment center has problems. All controls work but when I put in a DVD I get a loud humming sound coming out.
DVD plays fine but no audio. I don't have the remotes either.
Does anyone out there have the internal circuit diagram for the DVD audio section. I have the service manuals on back order from Heim also.
I have the full wiring diagrams for the vehicle but it does not have the audio circuit diagrams. Just the wire traces to the radio.
Is there a way to re-set the player?

At 1200 bucks to replace it's cheaper to get it fixed in my book.

ebay $165+ call it a day or use the external jacks with a cheap portable dvd player. I used the jacks and installed a dvd player that allowed use of usb. So no more dvds.
