Hello, If we ever get any rain, it will be mushroom season on the West Coast. I have a 2006 FWD Uplander, and I'm wondering if it would be safe to drive it on a few logging roads? Is there a chance that a loose rock bouncing upwards could an A/C pipe?

Your AC pipes will be fine. Bigger concern is the wear on your city car suspension.
Be careful not to bottom out the car or slide off on the gravel.
