The one on my mom's 2007 had issues with the wiper being stuck or partially working (moved slower than traffic on M-59). I repaired it by cleaning the contacts using electrical contact cleaner and sand paper, then I lubricated the gears and shaft with white lithium grease. After putting it all back together, it started to work for a while, but I got it fixed after fixing the washer that was making the teeth on the wiper arm shaft and the wiper arm to not go in all the way. Still works and it sure beats buying a new one. Saved a lot of money by repairing it.
