Our 2009 uplander sliding side door on the drivers side intermittently won't open. Dealership replaced the latch system but it has not helped. Then they cleaned contacts for the door but still not made a difference.
Can anyone tell us what the problem is?

 

I should also add when you go to open it it pops ajar but won't go any further. Rollers are ok too.

 

Check to ensure the fuel door is closed all the way. If it thinks the fuel door is open, the sliding door won't open right.
