hard start when cold, when i clmb a hill it wont run right
I have a 1998 chevy Silverado 5.7 its hard to start in the morning and when I climb a hill and I need more speed I push on the accelerator and the rmps go to 3000 and surges but the truck wont accelerate it drops speed and when I let off it will pick up again but wont go over 55 mph. it will do this in neutral to if I stomp on it it goes to 3000 and surges but if it ease into it it will climb to 6000 no problem. replasde tps and map sesor was a little better but is still there got 60psi on the fuel pressure test. not sure what it is....
