Ok, so I had to take the wiper motor assembly apart and off the car in order to replace my alternator and once I put it all back together everything works fine except the wipers now literally attempt to run each other over when turned on.
Not sure if there is supposed to be a slight delay between the start of each wiper or what but they both try to go at the same time and slam into each other a few inches up, tangling them and practically destroying an almost new set of wipers now.
How can this be fixed?

 

Um, I removed that several times (check my other thread lol) without touching the wipers. But you are where you are... I'd say you didn't quite get it back together right, take it apart and see what other angles you can get it to set in.. or you have something in the wrong bolt, etc...

Also, next time, take pics to help you get it back. (i learned the hard way)
