I have a 2001 Chevy venture and the old cylinder stop functioning, so I replaces it. I got the new one in there with of course a new set of keys with it, and I had done the 30 min key reprogram procedure muiltipul times and the car will not start. I have done it properly, but the damn thing won't crank. All of the lights and radio will work when I turn the key to the on position but won't crank at all. I will also like to add the security light won't go off. I will highly appreciate any help or advice on this. Thanks
