The picture appears to be at the top around the headliner with a portion of the molding removed for access...

That's what I was thinking. I don't know how to remove that molding area, though.

The sliding door,
at the top to the front, has an arm which carries a bearing in a circulating rail.
the picture is the end of this rail.

This is fixing the door at the top when it is closed.

rail appears leaving the trim which is simply clipped. it is deposited in pulling down

also check that the bottom track is good, if noise persisted.
