Cool Programming remotes

Hi,
I have trouble in getting into the programming mode for programming my remotes. My car is a Chevrolet Transport and is mostly the same as a Venture.
I tried several methodes but can't even seem to get into this programming mode. I tried everything, having all the doors open (incl liftgate) before taking out of BCMPGRM fuse (4th from the bottom-right according to the manual) and closing them before inserting the key into the ignition.

Turn the key back (once) to get into acc, then turn forward two turns (first is lock and second is off according to the manual) and quickly turn key back towards me twice to get into acc.

I tried serveral methods but did not work. The only thing that works is to lock the door by turning the key in the door. I would thinks that the wiring is ok?

The fact is that other programming (lights, locking doors etc.) works fine.

Does anyone have experience or an idea?

Here in the Netherlands, with this question they do not know how to deal with this.

thanks, Hans
