I have a 2013 volt and my 12v battery never been changed yet and doesn't seem to show any signs of deteriorating or dying yet. Is this unusual?. Should I just replace it now....I Guess I can go somewhere to get it tested. Best places to go get tested and possible replacement for a 12v battery besides the dealer?
Only problems I have gotten is when my main battery is running out of charge occasionally will get the Reduced Propulsion power warning appear other times it doesn't come up with a exhausted meeting battery. Now I know to put it in Mountain mode before it gets too low.
Is this related at all to sold 12v battery being still the original?
