The City of Flint Gives Big Tax Break to GM, Hopes for Volt Plant
The city of Flint, Michigan was once a thriving car manufacturing town, building all sorts of General Motors vehicles, but as the market began to slump and production was moved to other places around the US and other countries, the city of Flint was heavily impacted.
