C7 Z06 Corvette SEMA 2018

We’re coming to you live from SEMA 2018, and this time we’ve got an incredible street-legal Corvette C7.R replica.

Chances are, you’ve found yourself lusting over Chevy’s C7.R Corvette racer. Heck, we all have. But unless you’re one of the lucky few professional drivers who get to campaign in one, you’ll probably never get the chance to slide behind the wheel. Which makes this replica C7 Z06 Corvette, built by Vengeance Racing and Mustang Dynamometers for SEMA 2018, the next best thing.

We’re coming to you live from SEMA all week, thus we couldn’t resist showing you the amazing fruits of their labor. What started out as nothing more than a stock yellow C7 Z06 Corvette is now the closest you can possibly come to Chevy’s dominant racer. For starters, a full vinyl wrap emulates the exact look of the C7.R. And it’s set off nicely with a set of custom ADV.1 wheels and Michelin racing rubber.

But making a Corvette look like a race car would be pointless if you didn’t make it go like one, too. Thus, Vengeance installed a modified version of their Stage 4 Performance Package to bring the car to life. The result? Well, just 718 hp at the wheels, measured by their in-house Mustang dyno. But the best part about this build is that it’s been put together with an eye toward driveability and reliability.

Well, the best thing about this build is actually the fact that they’re giving it away. Thus, one lucky person will soon have their own street-legal version of the legendary Corvette racer.

And this is just one in a long line of amazing rides we’re bringing to you this week. Because we’re coming to you live from SEMA 2018 in Las Vegas. So stay tuned!
