Default 92 350 tbi fires but wont stay running

Hoping for some assistance to get my truck back on the road. Truck cranks and fires once but wont stay running. I thought starter was going out cuz it sounded kinda weak and thought maybe it wasnt grabbing good enough. Well with new starter it cranks great now, but that wasnt it. Recently changed the fuel filter and thought maybe I got a bad one and might be plugged, changed that and not it either. Checked fuel pressure with cheap gauge from Harbor Freight which only went up to 10 psi and it maxed out, so fuel pressure is fine. I have spark as well. Wont run on starting fluid either. Guessing it has to be something sensor or distributor related?

Might be the fuel injection relay went south. Can you see a decent spray from the injectors? 10PSI is a tad low. 12-16 PSI is closer to normal, but it should run on 10 PSI as well. Could be the fuel pressure regular is in need of some work. It's really easy on the TBI system.

I hear the tools at Harbor Freight are better than they used to be. Bought some cans of R-134A A/C refrigerant there as they are the cheapest place in town and made in the USA too.

Rather than starting fluid, try pouring some gas - 1approx tablespoon in throttle body. If it fires you know spark is ok. Report back please,

try opening the throttle body up and blow air through it, you would be surprised by how much dirt and gunk comes flying out, then try running some sea foam through it and just run the truck at like 1/3 throttle in neutral for a few minutes it might stall one or two times but it will work it’s way through
