97 k1500 turn signals and reverse lights not blinking, but the hazards work fine.
I have a 1997 Chevy K1500 5.7 and the turn signals and reverse lights are not working. The hazards, runnings lights, and tail lights all work. I have replaced the multifunction switch, signal flasher, and checked all the bulbs. Not sure if this is related, but my cruise control doesn't work either.
Another issue I am having is with the idle. It is very rough, shaking the whole truck, when at idle and low rpm. I am getting a P0300 code and I know that means it is misfiring. I replaced the spark plugs and wires but I am still having the issue. I have an exhaust leak out of the manifold that is starting to leak into the cab. Would the exhaust leak cause the misfire code?

Welcome from Florida. Check all of your fuses, do not overlook the obvious. An exhaust leak should not cause a misfire but a plugged cat or muffler could cause that. last week I replaced the distributor cap and rotor on my son's S10 Blazer. It ran good for a day or so then P0300 and later no start. My friend has a shop and said it is the cap and rotor I bought from Pep Boys. We replaced the distributor this time to take no chances and it runs great again. Beware of buying cheaper aftermarket parts.
