Default It's always something...

I just changed the blower motor in my 98 GMC ( the old one had been making a loud squealing noise). The new motor works as it should but it is so powerful that the outside air actuator flapps and makes noise on the 3rd. and 4th. speed settings. Does the dash have to be dropped out to replace it.
