No power to fuel pump

No power to fuel pump
89 chevy k1500
Crank no start but starts on carb clean
I have replaced fuel pump and fuel pump relay but not getting power to pump or fuel pump fuse orange wire on relay is the only one with power any help is greatly appreciated

If you still need an answer…
Remove the fuel pump relay from its connector.
Jumper the terminals between the orange and pink/black wires. Key doesn’t have to be on. Does the fuel pump run? If yes there’s an issue with the fuel pump relay control circuit(s).
