I have a 98 gmc sierra that's running a 5.0 305 vortec. I changed pretty much all my sensors, I am confused by this vortec computer after I found out that it has a 96 ecm instead of the original one that comes with it from factory. It's running but it's showing #1 and #8 misfires. Is it bcuz of the wrong ecm? I'm stumped.
