Default Truck wont run

Hello everyone I’ve got me a 98 chevy c1500 thats had a whole list of things replaced and it still isn’t running right . Im just about out of ideas . Ive got what seems to be an electrical issue caused by moisture . Whenever moisture or humidity come into the air it doesn’t matter what i do the truck refuses to start . Without moisture normally it runs pretty great mechanically . It has had changed , plugs , wires , cap , rotor , distributor , fuel pump , fuel filter , injectors , and injector module , starter . Ive swapped a throttle body from my 96 tahoe onto it as well as the coil pack . Like i said unless its an electrical issue im out of ideas . Someone please help !

Something you might try,

Take an ordinary spray bottle filled with just plain water and carefully and selectively spray one area at a time. Mist it.
Wait a minute or two for a response.
If here is anything sensitive to moisture the spray will bring it out.

Let us know what you find, thanks.

My first question is have you done anything with the ecm? I believe it is on the drivers side of the truck between the battery box and the fuse box. I don’t know if their is any special procedure to replacing one, but I am wondering if it is having issues, because at this point, from what you are saying, it does not seem like it is a sensor. Maybe you could pull the one out of the good truck, and try putting it in, and see if it starts working. Before you did that, I would VERY highly recommend researching how to remove it with ought doing something to hurt it or the truck, because they are not cheap! If you can’t find anything elsewher, I would ask @Gumby22 . Good luck.

Starts, runs rough, dies, I would check the fuel pressure first. If the regulator is bad, good luck, it's arduous to change.
