Default 94 Silverado wont start

I have a 94 Silverado with the 5.7L and it wont start. I don't think it is getting any fuel to the throttle body and doesn't have spark. The sparkplugs, plug wires, distributor cap, distributor rotor, ignition module in the distributor, coil, injectors, and fuel filter have all recently been replaced. Also when I turn the key to the run position I can hear the fuel pump kick on, but the fuel pump was replaced about 10 years ago and it is possible it needs to be replaced. How should I go about trouble shooting what is wrong?

Welcome to the forum; lots of good help here. Did you change all the things on your list becuase it was already not running or were they recent routine maintenance items?
You say no spark. Please pour a little fuel in the throttle body and see if it fires.

No ignition, or low fuel pressure. Should be 12 -14 PSI, although some TBI units will work at 11 PSI, that a bit low. Have you actually checked to see if you have spark?

@Rednucleus - A little of both. The truck wasn't running when I changed the parts but some were overdue so I used it as an opportunity to change everything. I tried using starter fluid and it wouldn't start

@oilcanhenry - I checked for spark but only on one cylinder. The gaps for all spark plugs were checked when installed also.

Check your fuel pressure. It's OK to dump some gasoline down the TBI to see if it will fire up for a bit. Don't put much down the TBI. Check all your relays too..
