05 Silverado 4.3 need help pls .. have done replaced spark plugs wires cap button mass air flow sensor air filter and coil and coil pig tail . Took throttle body off and cleaned it when I took that off and cleaned it I am able to drive but still issues running choppy has trouble accelerating. Used sea foam treatment already . It was throwing both mass air flow code and random misfire but since cleaning the throttle body they come up but not together where as before they would come up together.Can anyone pls help me no issues with smoke or smells also starts as usual. Check engine light sometimes flashes

 

Check for vacuum leaks.
Those engines had intake gasket issues.
