Crank no start issue 2004 Silverado 5.3L T VIN

Did you check the ground strap that's located right by ur fuel pump? If it's not connected properly it will cause it not to start. I just finished installing a new pump on my 01 silverado with the 5.3 and mine wasn't connected properly after the pump got changed.
I have not. I will definitely check that this afternoon while Im looking at everything else.

Ok so I have found the following
-unplugged both seats and door switches. Issue remained
- hooked up fuel pressure gauge. 60 psi when starting. Does not lose psi when I turn the key off. 55+ at idle.
- any more ideas?
