OEM dash dimmer stopped working. The knockoffs I tried off TEMU [no longer} and Amazon have the same cheap junk components problem. The rotary dial hits max travel JUST BEFORE it turns on the dome light. At this point the dash is half brightness, and turning on the dome it moves to full brightness. Who the heck in China thought this was normal? The OEM hits full brightness BEFORE turning on the dome light. Any ideas where I can get a guaranteed working unit? I tried 2 junk yards near me, and even if they have it, they wont let me take it outside to test it.
