After first seal was replaced, almost 6 months went by. It was winter. I suggested we wait until it warmed up and see if it returns well it did. A couple of months went by until it puked again. It may be the o-rings on the plate between block and tranny. I found a Duramax mechanic and he will probably do the dye test next week.
