I also have a 04 Silverado & I Replaced fuses , relay & turn signal switch & the radio/turn signals still don’t work. All my problems started after I installed fog lights. Everything worked for like 3 days then it went downhill

 

did you put the fog lights on the turn signal circuit?
try un-isntalling them
