New battery new relays ign1 and starter relay. All accessories work. Checked all fuses and still won't crank. I can hear the fuel pump come on. I hear a single click when I turn key into on position. ????? PLEASE help if you can.

 

You might consider the following,
Turn headlights on and have someone watch them as you attempt to start the vehicle.

If the headlights go dim , could be ,,,,,,low battery, poor battery cable connection, or defective starter.

If no change, carefully ,,,tap the starter motor then try again and see what you get. (If the brushes are worn, this will work once or twice)
If still no change possible neutral safety sw, ,,problem,,,or poor connection at or to starter or starter has open circuit.
