TPMS issues
On a 2007 Silverado 1500 4x4 I have an active TPMS light . It occurred when the (RF) tire pressure went low due to a small leak . I corrected the tire pressure and drove the vehicle approx. 5 miles and light did not turn off . I connected my diagnostic tool and can find no entry for tpms sensors to read data or codes .
I did perform a tire position relearn with the tool and light remains on .
I reset tires to 45 psi because that is where I run them because my truck is not empty by any means and I run LT tires and Not P tires these tires are good for up to 80 psi each .
The Driver info center indicates all 4 tires are at my desired tire pressure and light still remains on. I have disconnected the battery completely removing power from the ECM’s and modules .
The light remains on after every self test ignition cycle .
Might anyone here have any idea(s) that I have not already tried short of a cost prohibitive visit to a dealership ?

So my issue is resolved .
With the addition of a TPMS sensor wand to my scan tool inventory . I was able to resolve the issue .
With the diagnostic tool in OBD2 mode and with the tpms wand paired to the tool a relearn process was initiated and once completed this way the TPMS MIL was off .
Apparently the truck is not capable of doing this on it’s own as advertised and demonstrated in several videos . as I had already tried that procedure several times .
Also a benefit of using the tool and wand was I had no air loss from the tires and did not have to refill them .
I hope this helps others .

NOT mandatory like 08 and after .
Thanks for the reply though even if it was not helpful or insiteful .
I do Not wish it be “gone forever” it exists for a reason . I only want it fixed . And I do have a high end scan tool but the TPMS items are Not in it because 07 was an option year on GM’s
