Expert MPG Answer?
Been doing a dead-end Deep Dive. Comparing my brother's and my vehicles Window Stickers. MPG Estimates quite different.
My 2025 Silverado 1500 Reg WT 4WD C=16, H=19, Ave=17.
His 2020 Silverado DBL LT 4WD C=16, H=22, Ave=18.
While our real world experiences does correlate with the Sticker Data, especially highway, this question is about how Sticker highway figures can be so different as a percentage. Question isn't about driving habits.
2020: L-84. 8Speed. 3:23 Ratio. Trailering Pkg. 4WD. 265/17" tires. 1000 RPM's@65 MPH. No Plow Package. Has Driver Mode Control via Trailer **** right turn. Delivered to Oklahoma.
2025: L-84. 10Speed. 3:23 Ratio. Trailering Pkg. 4WD. 255/17 tires. 1000 RPM's@65 MPH. Plow Prep Pkg. No Driver Mode Control, just Trailering On/Off. Deliverd to New York.
Again, question is about Sticker (HWY) MPG Data, not driving habits so as to eliminate those variables.
Thx, Joe
