A while back I hit my gooseneck hitch after unhooking it. Put the tailgate down to get in the back to unhook and then out of habit closed the tailgate and drove forward. It opened my tailgate forcefully. I had to reposition the two pins that the tailgate latches to but they line up fine now and it latches fine. It also lets down by pressing release button on the tailgate. The issue I’m having is that it won’t raise via the button, I have to close it by hand. It still makes noises like it’s telling the actuator to close. Any tips of what to pinpoint in my check for the issue?
