for the past few days i have been trying to start my van and it sounds like it wants to start but just doesnt. plugged reader into it and shows no codes. no idea what it could be. any ideas? thanks

 

Have you tried starter fluid?

still got nothing....just turns over for a split second and if i hold the key it keepsdoing the same thing consequetivly

 

Coils are a big problem. Get a A/C Delco only. I just fixed my 2000 Astro Van that was very problematic. Replace it even if you have spark going to the plugs. They go bad and do not put out enough power.
Then of course check fuel pressure stays at about 55-60psi. After that replace the spider injector with the new style.
