Need help, I just changed my power steering pump and high pressure hose for the second time on my 2005 Chevy avalanche, and it was working and sounds great for the first day then went to the store and it started making a whining noise again and then started leaking all of the power steering fluid out and now the power steering has completely gone out what did I do wrong?

 

Welcome from Florida. Can you tell where the leak is? It might be a different part that is leaking causing the pump to fail.
