Default 1992 Lumina sedan. 3.1L - Steering problem

I had to replace the lock cylinder on this car. After removing the steering wheel and the housing assembly and replacing the lock cylinder, I put everything back together and now the steering wheel is extremely hard to turn...any ideas on what I might have done wrong??? All the nuts and bearings were put back exactly as they were taken out. I can't figure out what's going on. If anyone can help, it's most appreciated. Thanks.

FYI, This car has tilt steering.
