Default Flywheel/Torque Converter Broken Bolts

Recently acquired this 2011 Camaro ss L99/6l80 automatic. Reason for the person selling was “bad transmission”. Come to find out the torque converter bolts have been sheered off.

from my understanding, these parts have been untouched for the life of the vehicle (110,000mi).

My conclusion is that this car was abused at high rpm’s a little too much.

My questions is has anyone seen it before and what could cause it?

The bolts came loose somehow. Probably they were never tightened properly from previous work that you don't know about.
