Leaking windshield 84 caprice. Help! Two prong question.

Leaking windshield 84 caprice. Help! Two prong question.
So I'm getting a leak that seems to pool and then drip on the drivers and passenger front seats from the windshield.
I'm thinking the windshield just needs to be resealed. (tips in doing that?)
Also its a vinyl roof which is old and cracked so possibly that's pooling water and then leaking into the front of the car? But maybe not.

I don't have money to bring it to a pro.
